摘要
TRIZ理论是在哲学、方法论和工具3个层面建立的一个包含创新理论和创新方法的完整体系,可指导产品设计的发展方向。作为一种先进的创新理论和方法,当前已成为科研创新的重要手段。文章在介绍TRIZ理论基本观点、经典体系的主要内容和国外应用现状的基础上,运用TRIZ理论,详细介绍了一个解决纺织研发过程中的物理矛盾和技术矛盾的应用实例。建议从事纺织科研的技术人员通过学习和应用TRIZ理论方法,来提高科研创新效率。
The TRIZ theory is a complete system including innovative theories and innovative methods established on the basis of three aspects,namely,philosophy,methodology and tool,which can guide the development direction of product design.As an advanced innovative theory and method,the TRIZ theory has become an important means of research and innovation at present.The article applies the TRIZ theory to introduce an example of application in detail that can resolve the physical contradictions and technical contradictions during the process of textile research and development based on the basic view of TRIZ theory,the main contents of classic system and the abroad examples of application,and proposes technical staff engaged in textile research to learn and apply the methods of TRIZ theory to improve the innovative efficiency of research.
