转型时期我国体育制度创新与路径选择

The Innovation of Sports Institution and the choice of Its Path in Our Country in Transition Period

目前我国竞技运动整体水平虽然达到了一个崭新的顶点,但竞技体育、群众体育和体育产业之间发展还很不均衡,要实现体育强国的目标,还有许多尚待解决的问题,其中体育制度安排不合理就是首先急需要解决的问题之一。因此,本文从制度经济学的角度,对我国目前体育发展中制度创新的相关问题进行了探讨。首先,对现行体育制度下我国体育发展中存在的问题进行了描述;其次,结合制度创新的基本理论,对体育制度创新的影响因素进行了分析,并构建了新型的体育制度模式;最后,对制度创新过程中路径选择的问题进行了讨论。

Although the overall level of competitive sports in China has reached a new peak at present,their development is still unbalanced between competitive sports,mass sports and the sports industry.If the goal of powerful nation of sports is to be achieved,there are many unresolved issues,of which the unreasonable arrangement of sports institution is the first problem to be resolved.Therefore,the related issues of institution innovation in the development of sports are discussed from the perspective of institutional economics in the paper.Firstly,the problems in the development of sports are described under the current sports institution in the paper;Secondly,combining with the basic theory of institution innovation,the influence factors about the innovation of sports institution are analyzed,and the new sports institution model is constructed in the paper;Lastly,the choice of path in the innovation of institution is probed in the paper.
