抗草甘膦转基因大豆对根际和非根际土壤可培养菌的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用盆栽方法,以抗草甘膦转基因大豆AZ04及其亲本非转基因大豆A04为试材,探讨抗草甘膦转基因大豆对根际土壤可培养菌数量的影响。结果表明,在大豆生长的15~60 d,抗草甘膦转基因大豆根际土壤真菌种群数量极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)高于亲本非转基因大豆;在大豆生长的30~90 d,抗草甘膦转基因大豆非根际土壤真菌种群数量均极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)高于亲本非转基因大豆,转基因大豆能够促进非根际土壤中真菌种群的生长。非转基因大豆根际土壤细菌数量在播种30~75 d显著高于转基因大豆,而90 d时转基因大豆根际细菌数量显著高于非转基因大豆;转基因大豆、非转基因大豆非根际土壤细菌数量差异在大豆出苗后的整个生长过程无明显规律,在大豆生长的15 d,转基因大豆与非转基因大豆相比显著抑制非根际土壤细菌数量(P<0.05),在大豆生长的60和90 d,转基因大豆与非转基因大豆相比显著促进非根际土壤细菌生长(P<0.05)。转基因大豆与非转基因大豆根际和非根际土壤中放线菌数量都有较大波动,在大豆生长的45~90 d,转基因大豆根际和非根际土壤放线菌数量显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于非转基因大豆。研究为抗草甘膦转基因大豆对土壤微生物的影响提供理论依据。 Effects of transplanting density on yield and key enzyme activities of carbon and nitrogen metabolism of japonica rice in cold region were investigated by using of split plot design and biochemistry analysis.The results showed that the activities of glutamine synthase(GS) and ADP glucose pyrophos-phorylase(ADPGP) were different with cultivars and planting density.The activities of GS and ADPGP in high-quality cultivar Wuyou1 and super rice cultivar Songjing9 grains were higher under M11 and M9 density than the other density,respectively.Accordingly,higher yield could be presented in these two cultivars in the same conditions.The results provided a solid basis and theoretical proof for Wuyou1 and Songjing9 high-yield formation.
