摘要 本文针对区域物流基础设施布局方案评价中的群体决策和不确定性特征,提出了一种基于模糊TOPSIS的评价方法。首先,从区域协调、区位、社会效益、资源整合、发展定位、规模配置、建设可行性和前瞻性角度,建立了区域物流基础设施布局方案的评价指标体系;然后,以群体决策理论、模糊数学和TOPSIS为基础,建立区域物流基础设施布局方案评价方法;最后,以江苏省域物流基础设施布局方案评价为例,验证、分析评价方法的有效性。 In view of the group decision-making quality and uncertain quality of evaluating the regional logistics facilities layout,the paper proposes a fuzzy TOPSIS-based evaluation method.First,indices are set regarding regional coordination,location,social benefits,resources optimization,development orientation,scale,feasibility and future development.Then,a method for evaluating the regional logistics facilities layout framework is put forward on the basis of group decision-making theory,fuzzy theory and TOPSIS method.At last,a case of Jiangsu province is analyzed to demonstrate the feasibility of this method.
