摘要
目的研制复方克霉唑凝胶。方法以克霉唑,尿素为主药制备凝胶,并进行含量测定。结果克霉唑的含量为标示量的90%-110%,尿素的平均回收率为98.62%,RSD为0.28%,临床有效率88.06%。结论该凝胶制备工艺简单,性质稳定,质量可控,疗效确切。
OBJECTIVE To study gel of compound clotrimazole. METHODS The gel was prepared by clotrimazole and urea, determined with clotrimazole and urea. RESULTS The average of clotrimazole was 90% 110% .The average recovery of urea was 98.62%, RSD 0.28% （n = 9） .the effective was 88.06%. CONCLUSION This gel is simple in preparing process, stable, the quality can be controlled and the curative effect is definite.
