摘要
感应电机高性能交流调速方法中,电机参数的准确性严重影响着电机控制系统的控制品质。该文基于感应电机的数字控制平台,利用自身固有资源,向电机注入脉冲电压和阶跃直流电流激励,然后检测定子电流或电压响应,通过曲线拟合的方法得到部分电机参数。在介绍原理的基础上,介绍了硬件电路的设计,最后进行了仿真和实验研究,结果表明该辨识方案具有较高的精度。
The precise motor parameters affect the quality of the motor control system seriously in high performance AC drives of induction machine. This paper introduced a identification method based on the digital control platform of induction machine, made use of the established resource, pulse voltage and a step DC current were imposed into the machine stator windings, then detecting the response of stator current or voltage, the partial parameters of the machine were obtained by the method of curve fit. The paper described the design of the hardware circuit after introducing the principle of identification for the motor parameters, the simulation and experiment research was performed finally, the results indicated the better effect.
