摘要 依据各类抗生素不同的理化性质和各类色谱柱不同填料的选择性,结合实践经验并参考国内外相关文献,较全面地综述抗生素质控分析中HPLC色谱柱的选择。 Based differernt physical and chemical property of antibiotics and distinct selectivity of chromatographic columns, combined with our practical experience and those from the literatures, review on the selection of HPLC columns in examining the quality of antibiotics.
