摘要
目的研究半枝莲中黄酮类化合物的体外抗肿瘤活性。方法采用MTT法,测定半枝莲药材中的5个黄酮类化合物(木犀草素、野黄苓苷、黄芩素、芹菜素、4’-羟基汉黄苓素)体外分别对人肝癌细胞株HepG-2、人结肠癌细胞株SW480、人胃癌细胞株MGC-803、急性早幼粒细胞白血病细胞抹HL-60、人红白血病细胞株K562的增殖抑制率.并计算相应的IC50值。结果得到木犀草素、野黄苓苷、黄苓素、芹菜素、4'-羟基汉黄苓素对五种肿瘤细胞株的IC50值的范围分别为10.3~30.8μg·mL^-1、15.2~35.1μg·mL^-1、5.9~40.0μg·mL^-1、6.3~40.3μg·mL^-1和8.3~38.4μg·mL^-1。结论半枝莲中的5个黄酮类化合物对所选择的5种肿瘤细胞株均具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-tumor active of flavonoids extracted from Scutellaria Barbata D. Don in vitro. METHOD MTT method was used to test inhabitation of five flavonoids(luteolin, scutellarin, apigenin, baicalein, 4'-hydroxywogonin)from Scutellaria Barbata D. Don with five kinds of human tumor cells in vitro and IC50 values were calculated, respectively. RESULT ICs0 values of these flavonoids (luteolin, seutellarin, apigenin, baicalein, 4'-hydroxywogonin)tested with five cancer cell lines were 10.3- 30.8μg·mL^-1, 15.2 35.1μg·mL^-1,5.9-- 40.0μg·mL^-1, 6.3 -- 40.3μg·mL^-1 and 8.3 -- 38.4μg·mL^-1, respectively. Conclusion To some extent, these five flavonoids from Scutellaria Barbara D.Don have positive effect on inhabiting those human tumor lines in vitro.
