摘要 本文分析了真菌毒素致病机理及危害,评述了真菌毒素检测技术与方法,了解和掌握了真菌毒素检测技术研究的进展,阐述了加强我国真菌毒素检测技术研究的重要性,为建立准确、快速、简便的检测技术体系提供了依据。 Increased global awareness of the implications of mycotoxin on human and animal health has inspired research efforts towards the development of an effective, accurate and efficient myatoxin detection system designed to eliminate such pollutants from food export. Recent technological improvements in immunological detection within the agricultural and biological sciences had demonstrated the capacity to meet several detection requirements. This report would discuss the harmful impacts of myatoxin on human and animal wellbeing and the importance of research and development of detection techniques to avoid continued risk.
