微波消解-氢化物原子荧光法测定海水与表层底泥中的痕量汞 被引量:2

Determination of Trace Mercury in Seawater and Surface Sea Mud by Microwave Digestion Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 采用微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光谱法,测定了福清市沿海周边地区的海水与表层底泥样品中的汞含量。对实验条件进行了优化,改进了传统消解方法中试剂用量大、手续繁琐、易交叉感染等不足。实验同时对海水与表层底泥的测量检出限及方法回收率进行试验,结果表明在优化的实验条件下海水与表层底泥汞的检出限分别0.0005μg/L和0.0317μg/kg,3个水平的加标平均回收率分别为94.4%和93.3%,该方法准确、可靠。 With microwave digestion and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS),the method of determining trace mercury species in seawater and surface sea mud samples in Fuqing city was developed. The method solved the problems in conventional digestion methods, such as massive use of reagents, complicated procedure, aptness to cross infection, etc. Meanwhile, the average recoveries for seawater and surface sea mud samples tested with adding standards were 94.4% and 93.3% respectively. The detection limits estimated with 3-fold standard deviation were 0.0005 μ g/L for seawater and 0.0317 μg/kg for surface sea mud respectively, this method was easy to operate with precise results, which was suitable for the measurement of trace mercury species in environmental samples.
