摘要
通过自行改制的高温光学显微镜,使粉末冶金烧结工艺研究中应用原位观察法成为可能。介绍了高温光学显微镜的构成及功能、原位观察法对试样的要求及金相试样的特殊制作方法,为材料试验及检测提供了新思路。
The study of sintering process of powder metallurgy ( PM ) was in-situ investigated using a high temperature optical microscope ( HTOM ), The structure, and function of the high temperature optical microscope were, introduced. The requirements and manufacture, methods of sample in in-situ observation techniques were studied. These results were very. useful to material test and detection.
