连香胶囊治疗胃脘痛的临床观察与药理实验研究

Clinical and Pharmacological Studies of Lianxiang Capsule for Epigastralgia

按照随机双盲原则， 采用视觉模拟线 性评分法， 对连 香胶囊 治疗胃 脘痛的 疗效进 行临床 观察。４８例第一次服药后， 连香胶囊组止痛有效率为８１ ．３ ％ ， 与安慰剂组比较 Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１ ； 与普鲁苯辛组比较 Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５ 。连续服药 ３ｄ ， 连香胶囊组有效率 ８７ ％ ， 普鲁苯辛组为 ７６ ％ 。小鼠扭体和热板镇痛实验结果表明， 连 香胶囊有明显的镇痛作用， 并有剂量依赖性。

According to the randomized double-blinded principle,the therapeutic effect of Lianxiang Capsule for epigastralgia was observed by using the visual simulative linear score method.The effective rate of alleviating pain was 81.3% in Lianxiang Capsule group(48 cases) after the first medication.The differences were significant as compared with placebo group(P< 0.01) and insignificant with probanthine group(P> 0.05). After three-day successive medication,the effective rate of alleviating pain was 87% in Lianxiang Capsule group and 76% in probanthine group.Body torsion test and hot-plate test showed that Lianxiang Capsule had an obvious analgesic effect in a dose-dependant manner.
