摘要
考察了朱砂七总鞣质的含量及抗氧化活性。以60%丙酮为溶媒提取朱砂七鞣质,用铁氰化钾还原法测鞣质的还原能力,以Fenton反应为产生.OH模型,以邻苯三酚自氧化反应为产生O2-.模型,用分光光度法测定鞣质对模型中产生的.OH和O2-.的清除作用。结果表明朱砂七鞣质的还原力随浓度的增大而增大,朱砂七鞣质对O2-.和.OH的最高清除率分别达69%和70%。朱砂七总鞣质具有较强的抗氧化作用。
Antioxidative activity of tannin in Polygonum ciliinerve(Nakai)Ohwi(TPCO) was observed.Tannins was extracted from Polygonum cilinerve(Nakai) Ohwi with 60% acetone as the solvent.The reducing power was determined by K3Fe(CN)6 reduction.The ·OH and O2-· were produced respectively by Fenton reaction and pyrogallol autoxidation system.TPCO was added into system.The scavenging effects on ·OH and O2-· of TPCO were studied by visible spectroscopy.The results showed that maximum absorbance of TPCO in K3Fe(CN)6 system was 0.51.Clearance rate of TPCO for O2-· and ·OH were 69% and 70%.TPCO had a strong ability to resistance oxidation.
