摘要 通过对重金属铅、镉、铬石墨炉原子吸收分析中存在的光谱干扰和化学干扰进行研究分析。通过优化实验条件以及选择合适的基体改进剂,有效消除了干扰,提高了分析准确度及检测灵敏度。 It was explored through experimentation that the determining trace lead,cadmium and chromium metals by atomic absorption analysis,as well as the methods of eliminating interference,which provided excellent experience for measuring accurately the content of trace heavy metals.The optimum conditions for GFAAS determination of Pb,Cd and Cr with the use of seemly chemical modifier were studied.It was concluded that matrix modifiers could eliminate salt matrix interference effictively.
