后危机时代中国产业结构调整的战略思考

Strategic Reflection on the Background for China's Industrial Structure Adjustment during the Post-crisis Age

由美国次贷危机引发的这次国际金融危机使中国产业结构中存在的种种问题得以彰显。在当前的产业结构调整中,中国政府应该正确认识到全球市场经济体制的竞争规则没有发生根本改变,局部的贸易保护主义泛滥也不可能成为经济全球化的主流;在产业结构调整中应正确认识结构调整的阶段性和紧迫性,认识到解决国民收入分配中的问题是调整产业结构的前提,调整过程中要重视大中小企业的协调均衡发展。

The financial crisis triggered by the subprime debt crisis in America has revealed the various defects in China＇s industrial structure.Under the current background of industrial structure adjustment,Chinese government has to realize that the competition rule of the economic system on the global market still remains the same and the trade protectionism in some regions will not become the mainstream of the economic globalization.It is necessary to implement the adjustment in different stages.In the industrial structure adjustment,how to adjust the income distribution is the prerequisite and the harmonious development of the large,small and medium-sized enterprises shall be stressed.
