Habermas＇ clarification on the relation between law and morality is based on the discourse principle.Although Habermas is a Kantian,he only inherited the universalism but not the foundationalism from Kant.The relationship between law and morality is a kind of parallel model based on discourse principle but not a subordinate model which emphasizes the priority of the morality.
