摘要
对海上原油生产平台的原油外输泵机械密封安装孔出现的腐蚀和磨损故障进行了分析。通过采取对腐蚀部位进行耐腐蚀处理、优化耐腐蚀处理层的机械加工工艺方案以及安装磨削工装的措施,不仅降低了重新加工过的安装孔表面粗糙度,而且提高了其耐腐蚀性能。
Aimed at the corrosion problems at seal bore of pipeline pumps on offshore platform, the cause of corrosion and wearing were analyzed. Using the methods of the anti-corrosion pro- posal, the techniques machining process optimizing of the anti-corrosion layer, and the special grinding machining equipments, the repaired sealing bore has reduced surface roughness and en- hanced its anti-corrosion capability.
