摘要
植原体病害是严重危害农业生产的一类植物病害,早期检测是预防植原体病害的主要途径之一。利用基因芯片检测技术能够实现高通量、快速检测植原体病原。本研究通过分析比对11种植原体16S rDNA序列,设计并合成相应的特异性探针,进一步制备了植原体检测基因芯片,并利用所制备的基因芯片对发病桑树植株进行了检测,检测结果表明本实验室制备的植原体检测基因芯片具有较高的特异性,为植原体检测基因芯片技术的推广应用奠定了基础。
Phytoplasm disease is a kind of plant disease, which causes economic losses of agriculture, it is important to detect this kind of disease early. Diagnostic gene chip is propitious to detect phytoplasma high - throughout and rapidly. We prepare gene chip for phytoplasma detection by analyzing the gene sequence of 11 phytoplasmas. Furthermore, the mulberry dwarf phytoplasma(AY685056) was detected using this gene chip. The results show that our gene chip is very specificity to detect this disease.
