Recent advance in the research of class B metallo-β-lactamase inhibitors

摘要 B型金属β-内酰胺酶(metallo-β-lactamases,MBLs)抑制剂是目前在研的所有β-内酰胺酶抑制剂中较为热门的一类。本文结合国内外文献以及课题组先前的工作,简述了MBLs抑制剂的分类及其对β-内酰胺酶(β-lactamase)的抑制机制,并列举了一些目前在研的化合物,强调了开发MBLs抑制剂的紧迫性和在临床应用中的现实意义。随着研究的深入,MBLs抑制剂有望开发成为高效、低毒的抑制剂,在一定程度上解决临床上抗生素的细菌耐药问题,从而使临床上相关抗生素的使用发生革命性的变化。 The inhibitors of metallo-β-lactamases(MBLs) were increasingly active in researches of β-lactamases inhibitors.We presented the classification of metallo-β-lactamase inhibitors and listed the inhibition mechanism,and a number of the representation of compounds in current research.The urgency of the research and development MBLs inhibitors and the practical significance in the clinical application were emphasized.Further researches and developments will result in effective and low-toxic MBLs inhibitors,so that a revolutionary change can be expected in the use of related antibiotics in clinical application.
