4-氨基吡啶致小鼠舔体反应与瘙痒关系的初步探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨4-氨基吡啶(4-AP)致小鼠舔体反应与瘙痒的关系。方法:小鼠背尾部皮下注射0.01%的4-AP生理盐水溶液0.2 mL(1 mg.kg-1),诱发舔体反应,考察苯海拉明、左西替利嗪、曲尼司特、丙酸氯倍他索、地塞米松对舔体反应有无抑制作用。比较4-AP与组胺所致小鼠舔体反应的特点。结果:苯海拉明可剂量依赖性抑制4-AP所致的小鼠舔体反应,而左西替利嗪、曲尼司特、丙酸氯倍他索、地塞米松无明显抑制作用。4-AP诱发的小鼠舔体反应的频率和强度均明显高于组胺。结论:组胺释放并非4-AP所致的小鼠舔体反应的惟一诱因,抗组胺药对4-AP所致的小鼠舔体反应的作用尚不明确,将4-AP致小鼠舔体反应用作瘙痒模型还有待进一步研究。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between 4-aminopyridine(4-AP)-induced licking and itching responses in mice.Methods: Licking response was induced by subcutaneous injection of 0.2mL 0.01% 4-AP(1mg·kg-1) in saline at the backside of mice.The inhibitory effects of benzhydramine,levocetirizine,tranilast,clobetasol propionate and dexamethasone were observed.The licking response induced by 4-AP or histamine were also compared.Results: Only benzhydramine,a strong central depressant,exhibited a dose-related inhibitory effect on licking response induced by 4-AP.Levocetirizine,tranilast,clobetasol propionate and dexamethasone had no effect.The frequency and intensity of licking response induced by 4-AP was much higher than that induced by histamine.Conclusion: The licking response induced by 4-AP can not only be caused by the release of histamine,and the effects of anti-histamine drugs are not clear.Whether 4-AP-induced licking response is suitable to be used as a itching model or not needs further study.
