内置障碍物连通容器内气体爆炸的火焰传播 被引量:4

Flame propagation by gas explosion in linked vessels with built-in obstacle

摘要 利用数值模拟方法,建立连通容器气体爆炸模型,模拟内置障碍物条件下的火焰传播过程。分析障碍物不同阻塞率、位置对连通容器气体爆炸的火焰传播、爆炸压力和强度的影响情况。结果表明:当火焰经过障碍物时,障碍物加速了火焰传播,但不同障碍物条件对整个火焰传播过程的影响有差异。 Flame propagation had great effect on the development of the explosion.Based on k-ε turbulence model and Eddy-Dissipation-Concept(EDC)combustion model considering detailed chemical kinetic mechanism,the mathematical model on gas explosions in linked vessels with built-in obstacle was established by the software FLUENT.The evolution of pressure and flame propagation in linked vessels with many obstacle conditions were obtained and analyzed.The results indicated that obstacles could accelerate the flame.But different obstacle condition had different complicated effects on the velocity of the flame arriving into the second vessel and different flame propagation processes.
