This paper introduces the International Electrotechnical Commission Technical Committee 64 （IEC TC64）,the international standards formulated by IEC,the process of formulating standard and how to convert them into our national standards;the significance of converting international standards formulated by IEC TC64 into our national standards is also expounded.
