摘要 制备了高光泽聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)合金,用TiO_2和磷酸酯改善合金的表面硬度和阻燃性能;用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丙烯酸树脂和乙烯的三元共聚物,乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(1125AC),苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)作相容剂改善PC/ABS合金的相容性;通过测试合金的光泽度和表面硬度探讨不同牌号的ABS、磷酸酯、填料对合金光泽度和硬度的影响。结果发现:1125AC/SMA能够有效地改善体系的相容性;添加质量分数为5%的TiO_2可以使材料的表面擦伤硬度达到H级;加入质量分数为10%的磷酸酯可使材料阻燃性能达到V-0级(3.2mm);此外,在添加了各种助剂之后PC/ABS合金能保持较好的光泽度和力学性能。 The authors prepared high gloss polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer(ABS) alloys. Inorganic filler titanium dioxide (FiO2) and phosphate flame retardant were added to enhance the surface hardness and flame retardancy of the alloys. Ethylene-methacrylate-glycidyl metbacrylate, ethylene-methylacrylic resin (1125AC) and styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) were incorporated as compatibilizers to improve the system's compatibility. The effects of different grades of ABS, phosphate flame retardant and inorganic fillers on gloss and hardness of the alloys were studied through the tests of surface gloss and hardness. The results show that 1125 SMMAC can effectively improve the system's compatibility; adding 5% of TiO2 in mass content enhances the surface scratch hardness up to H-class; the flame retardancy reaches V-0(3.2 mm) level with the addition of 10% of phosphate in mass content; and the alloy can maintain its high gloss as well as good mechanical properties after being blended with various assistants.
