双酚A型二胺和二酐与含吡啶环二胺共聚改性 被引量:1

Copolymerization of bisphenol A diamine and dianhydride monomer and pyridine-containing diamine

摘要 用2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP)和4-苯基-2,6-双(4-氨基苯基)吡啶(PBAP)作为二胺,双酚A型二酐(BPADA)作为二酐,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,通过常规的两步法,分别经热亚胺化和化学亚胺化过程合成了3种聚酰亚胺(PI)。用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征聚合物的结构,结果表明,在1 780,1720,725cm^(-1)附近出现了PI的特征吸收峰。采用溶解性测试、X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法、热重分析、拉伸测试和吸水率测试表征了产物性能。合成的PI溶解性较好,溶于常见有机溶剂。PI膜热稳定性良好,在N_2气氛中,起始降解温度超过500℃,10%,失重温度为531.1~547.1℃,800℃质量保持率为40.7%~67.2%。共聚PI膜的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、拉伸断裂应变分别为105.8~128.9 MPa,2.14~2.32 GPa,10.2%~18.3%。膜的吸水率为0.78%~0.96%。 The authors synthesized three kinds of polyimides via conventional two-step thermal or chemical imidization process by using 2,2-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane(BAPP) and 4-phenyl-2,6-bis (4-aminophenyl)pyridine (PBAP) as diamine, 2,2-bis [4-(3,4-diearboxyphenoxy)phenyl]propane dianhydride (BPADA) as dianhydride in dimethylformamide(DMF) solvent. The structure of the copolymers was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared speetroscopy(FTIR). The characteristic peaks of the polyimides in the FgIR spectra appeared around 1 780, 1 720, 725 em-1. The properties of the products were measured by solubility tests, X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetrie (TG) analysis, tensile tests and water uptake tests. The polyimides so prepared were soluble in majority of conventional organic solvents and had good thermal stability. The polyimide films' initial decomposition temperatures were over 500 ~C, temperatures of 10% mass loss were 531.1-547.1 ~C and residue at 800 ~C was 40.7%-67.2% in nitrogen atmosphere. The tensile strength, tensile modulus and tensile strain at break of the polyimide films were 105.8-128.9 MPa, 2.14-2.32 GPa and 10.2%-18.3%, respectively. The water uptakes of the films reached 0.78%-0.96%.
