摘要
提出了一种基于信息论距离测度,将主轴系统有限元模型测点随时间变化的模拟温度值与实际温度值进行比较,有效地减少了温度测点的数量。本文以一种数控平面磨床的主轴系统为例,论述了基于距离测度对温度测点进行优化选择的方法。结果表明,该方法可以有效地简化主轴系统测点布置方案,为提高有限元模型精确度打下基础。
On the basis of distance measure, a method is put forward to optimize the temperature measuring points assignment by comparing simulate results with experimental results, through which the number of the temperature measuring points is decreased efficiently. Research on a CNC surface grinding machine spindle system illustrated the temperature measuring points optimal assignment method. The result showed that the spindle system temperature measuring points assignment could be efficiently optimized through this method, which would lay the foundation for finite element model calibration.
