摘要
针对高炉开铁口机钻头在工作时经常出现失效的问题,采用SolidWorks软件对开口机钻头进行三维建模,并用ABAQUS有限元软件对模型进行热分析,得到钻头的温度场分布;再通过热—结构耦合场分析,得到应力场分布云图。通过温度场与应力场分布规律,分析钻头应力较大部位与失效的主要原因,为优化钻头的设计、延长钻头使用寿命提供了理论指导。
To solve the ch'ill failure of taphole chills in work, the SolidWorks is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the drill and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate the thermal condition to obtain the distribution of the temperature field. Then through the coupled temperature and structure fields analysis, the distribution of the stress field is also obtained. The part of the drill where the stress is much bigger and the main reason of drill failure are analyzed with the distribution rule of the two fields. The results provide a theory guide for the oplimizatiun design and long lite of the drill.
