摘要
利用SEM研究了热处理后钢结硬质合金TLMW50复式碳化物中WC相的析出及其微结构。结果表明:经过1100℃淬火后烧结态钢结硬质合金TLMW50中主要复式碳化物Fe3W3C、Fe2W2C相发生析出分解,三角状、菱形状WC相颗粒随机分布在Fe3W3C、Fe2W2C相颗粒上。淬火二次析出WC相颗粒有利于提高烧结态钢结硬质合金TLMW50试样的硬度、耐磨性。XRD衍射分析结果表明;在回火温度150℃-250℃范围内,随着回火温度的升高,WC析出物数量明显减少。
Precipitation and microstructure of WC phase from multiple carbides in heat treated Steel-bonded carbide TLMW50 were investigated by SEM. The results showed that the precipitation of WC phase from Fe3W3C,Fe2W2C phase was observed in TLMW50 as-quenched in 1100℃, the triangular or rhombie WC phase precipitates were randomly distributed in Fe3W3C,F2W2C phase particles. The precipitation of WC phase was propitious to increase the rigidity of the Steel-bonded carbide TLWM50. The XRD diffracting results showed that The numbers of WC phase precipitates decreased with the increasing of temper temperature from 150℃- 250℃.
