摘要
在以汽车工业为代表的批量生产制造业中,工件表面微观结构的二维测量迄今仍处于主流地位,这主要是由所采用的工艺和已建立的完善的评定体系决定的。但近几年,随着激光造型等新工艺在一些重要工序中的应用日趋增多,表面微观结构的三维测量也进入了实用阶段。本文通过实例对其进行了描述,并就相关的评定参数做了介绍。
Based on the applied machining technology and a esta.blished evaluation system, up to now 2D-measurement of micro structure of surface for parts is still in a main position. But recently the 3D - measurement of micro structure of surface is applying practical process with the new technology of laser structuring applied more and more important process. Taking car engines which are characterized by mass production for example this article describes typical application of 3D - measurement and introduces relative evaluation parameters.
