摘要
通过分析主动测量仪的组成与工作过程,用于双端面磨床的补调测量装置的改造,以提高磨床磨削的加工精度,并对自动补调仪的误差进行分析,确定警告界限,提出减小误差的方法。
The configuration and working process of active measurement is introduced by this paper. It is used for the improvement of the regulating and measuring device of paralleled surface grinding machine. It can also enhance the working accuracy of grinder. Through the analysis of active measurement' s error, the warning limitation will be defined and a method of diminishing error is also obtained.
