摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,构建了民族传统体育专业散打专项学生训练技能指标及其评价体系。研究表明:民族传统体育专业学生的训练技能是由运动员状态诊断和训练目标的确立技能、训练方法、手段的选择与运用技能、运动负荷的安排技能、组织管理技能、训练计划的制定技能、陪练技能以及散打比赛的指挥技能、结束技能共同构成的相对独立的完整系统;并在此基础上建立了相应的评价标准。
Literature review, questionnaire, expert consultation and mathematic statistics are employed in this paper to construct the index system to evaluate the training skill of national traditional sports majors specializing in Sanda. Research findings indicate that the training skill of national sports majors is a comparatively independent and complete system made up of elements including the skill to decide the athletic state, the training goal and the training method, and the skill to arrange the load, the skill to make the training program, and the skill to help practice Sanda and organize a match. Based on the above findings, this paper constructs the corresponding evaluation standards.
