摘要
小学培养目标及其课程改革是小学教育专业本科课程设置的根本依据,本科学历小学教师所应具备的基本素质是课程设置的直接依据。"教研训习一体化"人才培养模式,是培养知能并举、教研兼长的研究型小学教师的理想选择。与此模式相适应的课程结构包括四个模块的课程:基础知识类课程,研究能力类课程,理念引领类课程,实践能力类课程。四类课程各有特定的目标和功能,从不同的维度指向培养目标而整合成为一个完整的体系。
Primary training objective and curriculum reform form a fundamental basis of r undergraduate courses offered in primary education specialty.The basic qualities which the primary school teachers should possess are the direct basis for curriculum.The integration of teaching and research training model,which is an ideal choice for primary school teachers,are developing knowledge and ability simultaneously,teaching and research.The structure compatible with this model course consist of four models: courses of basic knowledge type,course of research capacity type,course of concepts leading type,and programs of practical ability type.The four types of courses have specific goals and functions,leading the integration of training objectives from different dimensions.
