Synthesis of styrene-acrylic emulsion with phosphorus

摘要 采用预乳化工艺,半连续种子聚合法,通过丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酸(AA)以及磷酸酯功能性单体Y自由基聚合反应,合成了一种功能性苯丙乳液。考察了乳化剂种类、乳化剂用量、乳化剂复配比、引发剂用量、软硬单体比、功能单体AA的用量以及含磷单体Y的用量对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,采用阴离子型与非离子型复配乳化剂为乳化体系,复配比m(阴离子型乳化剂)∶m(非离子型乳化剂)=7.5∶1,用量为单体总量的2.5%,引发剂用量为单体总质量的0.6%,软硬单体质量比为1∶1.5,丙烯酸用量为单体总量的3%,磷酸酯功能单体用量为单体总量的2%时,乳液及其涂膜有较好的综合性能。 The functional styrene-acrylic latex was synthesized via free copolymerization of BA,St,AN,AA and phosphate functional monomers Y using pre-emulsification and semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.The effects of the types and dosage of emulsifier,the proportion of anionic and nonionic emulsifier,the initiator dosage,the ratio of soft to hard monomer,the dosage of functional monomer AA and phosphate function monomer on the emulsion and film properties were investigated.The latex and the paint film show the good performance using anionic and nonionic emulsifier system and the ratio of anionic to nonionic emulsifier was 7.5∶1,emulsifier amount was 0.5%,the initiator amount was 0.6%,soft and hard monomer ratio was 1∶1.5,acrylic acid amount was 3%,and the phosphate function monomer amount was 2%.
