摘要
以Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3为催化剂的催化湿式过氧化氢氧化处理甲基橙AO52。考察了反应时间、反应温度、pH和Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3投加量等因素对降解效果的影响。结果表明,在染料初始质量浓度200 mg/L时,温度175℃、压力0.3 MPa、H2O266 mg/L、pH7、反应时间2.0 h、Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3投加量为8 g/L的最佳条件下,甲基橙AO52色度几乎完全去除,TOC和COD去除率分别为94.4%和92.3%。
Azo dye of Acid Orange52 can be degraded by catalytic wet peroxide oxidation of Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3and H2O2.The degrading efficiency was investigated,and the color of Acid Orange52 was almost completely removed after reaction for 2 h at 175 ℃ and pH 7,in which the TOC and COD removal rate was 94.4% and 92.3%,when the initial concentration of Acid Orange52 was 200 mg/L,oxygen pressure was 0.3 MPa,H2O2 was 66 mg/L and Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 dosage was 8 g/L.
