复合酶法紫草天然染料的提取及其染色性能 被引量:7

摘要 为提高紫草天然染料的提取率,利用纤维素酶和木聚糖酶的复合酶对紫草进行了染料提取。通过单因素分析确定了复合酶法提取紫草染料的最佳提取工艺;同时,对染色温度、染色时间、染液质量分数进行了分析,确定了紫草染料上染毛织物的染色工艺。实验结果表明,利用复合酶法可以达到较高的紫草色素的提取率,而且具有高效节能的特点。提取最佳工艺条件:酶解时间=40 min,提取温度=50℃,提取时间=60 min,m(纤维素酶)∶m(木聚糖酶)=3∶2;最佳染色工艺为:染色温度=95℃,染色时间=60 min,染液质量分数=90%。 To increase the yield of the natural dyestuff of radix lithospermi,cellulase and xylanase were used for the extraction of the natural dyestuff from the radix lithospermi.The single factors were done to definite the optimum extraction craft.The results indicated that the high extraction rate of radix lithospermi was achieved using the complex enzyme,and the process had the energy-efficient characteristic.The optimal extraction process is that the hydrolytic time is 40min,the extraction temperature is 50 ℃,the extraction time is 60 min,m(cellulose)∶m(xylanase)=3∶2;the optimal dyeing process is that the dyeing temperature is 95 ℃,the dyeing time is 60 min,the dyeing density is 90%.
