干细胞治疗脊髓损伤的实验及临床研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 脊髓损伤是中枢神经系统的严重创伤,有很高的致残率和病死率,目前该病的治疗方法主要为手术吻合、手术减压、药物治疗、局部冷冻、物理康复等。虽然这些方法在不同程度上缓解了脊髓损伤的病理改变,但其后果仍不可避免地造成了患者截瘫。近年来大量研究发现干细胞具有多向分化潜能,并在一定的条件下能分化为神经系细胞,这为脊髓损伤的治疗提供了新的方法。现将干细胞治疗脊髓损伤的实验及临床研究进展做一综述。 Spinal cord injury is a serious trauma in the central nervous system,with a high morbidity and mortality.Currently,the main treatment methods include surgical anastomosis,surgical decompression,medical treatment,local freezing,and physical rehabilitation.Although these methods can relieve the pathological changes of spinal cord injury to varying degrees,they can not prevent the ultimate outcome of paraplegia.Recent studies have found that stem cells have multilineage differentiation potentials,and stem cells can differentiate into nervous system cells under certain conditions.In this article we reviewed recent advances in this field.
