地勘单位建立职业安全健康管理体系探讨

Discussion on Establishing OHSMS of Geological Exploration Unit

地勘行业在为国民经济提供基础资源的同时,由于作业方式具有高度流动性、分散性且作业条件艰险,而使该行业作业人员面临较大的安全风险。本文结合职业健康安全管理体系现代安全管理模式,通过对地勘单位安全管理现状的分析,介绍了地勘单位建立职业安全健康管理体系的过程和步骤,并针对建立实施该体系中可能遇到的问题,提出了相应的对策,对提高地勘单位安全管理水平具有重要的指导意义。

Geological exploration industry plays a pivotal role in providing basic resources for the national economy,and because of its high degree of mobility,dispersion and dangerous working conditions,the operating personnel of this industry face great security risk.By combining the safety management model OHSMS that rose in late 1980s and analyzing the safety management of geological exploration units,this paper proposes the establishment of process and steps of OHSMS for this industry.And it also discusses the solutions for some problems on implementing OHSMS,which will have guiding significance in improving safety management level of geological exploration units.
