Analysis on the Misunderstandings of Drilling Operation Safety Training

本文通过分析钻井作业现场安全培训中普遍存在混淆安全教育和培训的概念、培训工作的主体责任错位、过于细化培训需求、安全培训方法不适宜、过多依靠外部培训师资五个方面的误区,提出了具体的解决对策,可为企业进一步改善钻井作业现场的安全培训效果提供参考。

This paper presents five common existing misunderstandings in drilling operation safety training： the confusion of the concepts of safety education and training,the separation of management responsibilities and training responsibilities,too detailed training requirements,big-class-style safety training method,and the excessive reliance on outside trainers.Through step-by-step analysis,the paper offers the solution for each problem so as to give reference for improving the effect in drilling operation safety training.
