面对“丘陵”的忧思——关于当代文学学科历史、现状与建设的几点思考

Anxiety over "Hilly Terrain":Some Thoughts on Contemporary Literature Discipline's History,Status quo and Construction

当代文学学科与现代大学具有密切的关联,它的研究可分"作家作品-文学思潮-文学史-学科"四个序列。经过半个多世纪的发展,现已建设成为文学研究中不可或缺的一个重要学科。由于社会政治因素、近距离观照以及其他各种复杂因素,当代文学现有的学科地位与实际成就是有差距甚至是有颇大的差距的,它所面临的问题与挑战较之古代文学、外国文学甚至现代文学更突出,也更严峻。为了改变现状,提升学科的层次和水平,当代文学有必要在当下理性地处理好与现代文学、自身内部、经典与雅俗、意识与事实之间的关系问题。

There is a close relationship between modern universities and contemporary literature discipline, whose research is sequenced as four stages ： ＂writers ＆ their works, literary ideological trend, literary history, and discipline＂. This discipline has been an important part in literary research field after half a century＇s development. Due to some complicated reasons, as a discipline, contemporary literature is greatly challenged by the reality, and there exists a great difference between contemporary literature and ancient literature,foreign literature and even modern literature.To improve its status quo, contemporary literature needs rationally tackling its relationship with modern literature, its interior component, classics ＆ popularity, and consciousness ＆ reality.
