摘要 目的研究非糖尿病充血性心力衰竭与胰岛素抵抗的相关性及临床意义。方法对39例非糖尿病充血性心力衰竭患者及30例非糖尿病非充血性心力衰竭心内科专科患者行空腹胰岛素(FINS)测定,空腹血糖测定,选择FINS与空腹血糖乘积的倒数作为评价心力衰竭状态下的胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)。结果非糖尿病充血性心力衰竭组ISI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素抵抗参与了非糖尿病患者心力衰竭的发生发展过程。 Objective To study the non -diabetic insulin resistance with congestive heart failure and clinical significance of the correlation between. Methods Radioimmunoassay in 39 cases of non - diabetic patients with congestive heart failure and 30 cases of non - diabetic non - congestive heart failure patients undergoing medical specialist fasting insulin ( FINS ) measured fasting blood glucose measurement, select the FINS, fasting plasma glucose as the inversion of the product Evaluation of heart failure state of the insulin sensitivity index (ISI). Results The diabetic heart failure group than the control group ISI ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion IR participated in non - diabetic patients with heart failure in the development process.
