胃肠减压对消化性溃疡出血的作用研究

Effect of Gastrointestinal Decompression in Peptic Ulcer Patients with Hemorrhage

目的探讨胃肠减压对消化性溃疡出血患者的症状改善作用。方法采用视觉模拟评分量表(visual analogHe scale,VAS)对消化性溃疡出血患者在胃肠减压治疗前后的症状进行评分,比较VAS各个项目以及总分的前后两次评分之间是否存在差异。结果本研究共收集到56例消化性溃疡出血患者。VAS所列症状中,腹痛、呕血、便血、反酸、嗳气与胃灼热的改善程度明显;而头晕、无力、腹部不适以及恶心呕吐的改善程度不明显。所有症状的总分胃肠减压前后比较差异有统计学意义。结论胃肠减压对消化道溃疡出血患者的症状改善有着重要的作用,不仅可作为一种治疗手段,还能防止病情进一步发展和促进溃疡的愈复。

Objective To investigate the effect of gastrointestinal decompression on the improvement of symptoms in peptic ulcer patients with hemorrhage. Methods The visual analog rating scale （visual analogue scale, VAS） was applied to evaluate the symptom scores of pre - and post - gastrointestinal decompression in peptic ulcer patients with hemorrhage. The each item and total score between the two assessments was compared to investigate whether there were any differences. Results A total of 56 patients were recruited. The symptoms, including stomachache, haematemesis, hematochezia, acid reflux, belching and heartburn, were improved significantly by gastrointestinal decompression. However, the improvement of other items, including dizziness, weakness, nausea and vomiting and abdominal discomfort, was not obvious. The total score of all symptoms was significantly different betwecn the pre - and post gastrointestinal decompression. Conclusion Gastrointestinal decompression had an important role on the improvement of symptoms in peptic ulcer patient with hemorrhage. As a treatment approach, it was not only to prevent the progress of disease, but also to promote the recover rate.
