心理干预对体外受精-胚胎移植患者影响的研究

Study on the effect of psychological intervention on In vitro fertilization-Embryo transfer patient

目的:探讨体外受精-胚胎移植患者的心理状态及心理干预效果。方法:选择397例体外受精-胚胎移植的患者作为研究对象,采用单纯随机抽样的方法将其随机分成两组,干预组202例,对照组195例。干预组采用系统地心理护理干预,对照组采用一般的常规护理,调查两组患者的满意情况、信任度及妊娠情况。结果:干预组的患者满意情况和信任度均分与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),干预组患者的妊娠情况与对照组相比虽无统计学意义(P>0.05),但临床妊娠率有增高趋势。结论:不孕症患者在接受体外受精-胚胎移植的治疗过程中,针对性进行心理干预可提高患者的满意度和对生殖中心的信任度,甚至提高妊娠率。

Objective：Study the effect of psychological intervention on IVF-ET patient.Methods：397 IVF-ET patients were divided into intervention group（n=202） and control group（n=195） randomly.They were accepted the psychological intervention in intervention group,while not in control group.The degree of satisfaction,trust index and pregnancy rate were recorded.Results：The degree of satisfaction and trust index in intervention group was higher than in control group（P0.05）,the pregnancy rate was improved in two groups,but not significant（P0.05）.Conclusions：During the IVF-ET procedure,the psychological intervention has the positive effect on patients,including improving the degree of satisfaction and trust index.
