摘要
目的:探讨综合护理模式对康复期精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将68例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组35例和对照组33例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予综合护理。结果:实验组在PANSSE评分和GQOLI评分方面均显著优于对照组,显示了更好的护理效果。结论:综合护理模式应用于精神分裂症患者,对于改善病情,提高生活质量是很有意义的,是值得在临床上考虑的护理模式之一。
Objective： To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on life quality of patients with schizophrenia in convalescence.Methods：68 cases of patients with schizophrenia in convalescence were divided into experimental group and control group,control group was given routine nursing,and experimental group was given to comprehensive nursing.Results： The score of PANSSE and GQOLI in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group,it showed better clinical nursing effect Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing used for patients with schizophrenia in convalescence,can improve the disease and enhance the life quality significantly,so it is one of the desirable nursing models.
