摘要 对转基因植物的外源基因整合到受体染色体上的整合机制,整合随机性与非随进性,整合位点及拷贝数等特性进行了综述。并对3种外源基因遗传规律的方式进行了分析,它们分别是:单基因位点(single-site)的孟德尔遗传方式、多基因位点(multi-site)的孟德尔遗传方式和非孟德尔(non-Mendel)的遗传方式。 The integration of exogenous genes in transgenic plants was described,and the characters of its mechanism,randomness and non-randomness,integration site and copy number of exogenous genes integration were summerized.Then,three ways in which rule of inheritance could be achieved:single-site Mendel's law of inheritance,multi-site Mendel's law of inheritance,and non-Mendel's law of inheritance.
