摘要
通过ADAMS平台来实现手动清洁齿轮传动系的虚拟样机建模和运动仿真,从而达到降低改进设计过程中反复制作的成本,缩短改进设计的周期。文章主要介绍了在ADAMS下建立清洁小车齿轮传动系的简化模型,并在ADAMS中施加约束和添加运动并进行动态仿真,给出了齿轮传动系在特定运动状态下位移、速度、加速度等的特性曲线,并与理论计算值进行了比较,为手动清洁车齿轮传动系的优化改进研究提供了参考依据。
Based on ADAMS,achieving virtual prototype modeling and simulation of transmission system of manual cleaning vehicle to improve the design process and reduce the cost and shorten the design cycle.This paper described the simplified three-dimensional modeling of clean car gear system by software ADAMS,imposed constraints and then added motion and conducted the dynamic simulation of gear transmission,the feature curves of displacement,velocity and acceleration of the machine under a specific motion status were obtained,and compared with the theoretical values,which could provide a reference for optimization of manual cleaning cars gear transmission.
