穴位埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Catgut Embedding Therapy

目的观察穴位埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为85.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种有效的方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of catgut embedding therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods A hundred and twenty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly allocated to a treatment group and a control group, with 60 cases in each. The subjects were treated with catgut embedding therapy in the treatment group and acupuncture in the control group. The therapeutic effects were evaluated and compared after intervention. Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group versus 85.0% in the control group, having a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Catgut embedding therapy is effective in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
