心脏肥大细胞与心肌梗死后心室重构

摘要 在心脏组织内,肥大细胞存在于心肌之间和靠近血管的位置。近年来对于心脏肥大细胞(CMC)在急性心肌缺血中作用的研究有升温之势。心肌梗死时,CMC数量增多功能处于活跃状态,并释放介质。随着心肌梗死后心肌的坏死,开始了大规模心室重构的调节过程。CMC释放的介质可以激活基质金属蛋白酶,后者参与了心肌梗死后的心室重构过程。目前有关肥大细胞在心肌梗死后心室重构的报道相对较少,该文就这方面的研究作一介绍。
