疤痕子宫经阴道分娩的探讨和体会

Treating Experience on the Repregnancy in Scared Uterus

目的:探讨疤痕子宫再妊娠经阴道分娩的可行性以及注意事项。方法:比较分析我院收治的136例疤痕子宫再妊娠经阴道分娩的孕妇(Ⅰ组)和同期收治的120例非疤痕子宫经阴道分娩孕妇(Ⅱ组)的临床资料。结果:Ⅰ组产妇136例,其中试产成功118例,成功率为86.76%,与Ⅱ组比较时发现产程时间,产时出血量,新生儿窒息率以及新生儿的Apgar评分,还有产妇的住院时间都没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:疤痕子宫再妊娠经阴道分娩是有一定的安全可行性的,只要选择合适试产条件、产程中做好各注意事项,多数产妇是可以经阴道安全分娩的。

Objective： To study the possibility of cesarean section delivery of repregnancy in scared uterus.Method： 136 cases of delivery ways of repregnancy in scared uterus（Ⅰgroup）and natural labour（Ⅱgroup） were analyzed retrospectively.Result： In 136 cases of vaginal trial delivery,118 cases were successful（86.76%）.Compared to 120 cases of vaginal delivery at the same period,delivery process,intrapartumbleeding volume,Apgar scores had no statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： Under certain conditions,vaginal delivery of full-term pregnancy in scared uterus is feasible and safe.
