摘要
目的 研究轻度低温对大鼠脑缺血时血清胞浆酶含量变化的影响。方法 采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶脑型同工酶(CK-BB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)以及天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶(AST)的含量。结果 常温(36~37℃)脑缺血20 m in,血中CK、CK-BB和LDH 的含量明显高于假手术组(P< 0.05 或P<0.01);脑缺血60 m in 和120 m in,血中CK、CK-BB、LDH和AST的含量均明显高于假手术组(P< 0.01)。低温组(31~32℃)大鼠脑缺血时血中CK、CK-BB、LDH 和AST 的含量明显低于常温组(P< 0.01)。结论 低温具有抑制脑缺血时血中胞浆酶的活性。
Objective To study the effect of mild hypothermia (31 32℃) on the change of serum cytosolic enzyme in rat after cerebral ischemia. Methods Serum cytosolic enzyme creatine kinase (CK) and its brain band isoenzyme (CK BB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were measured with autobiochemical analyzer. Results The activity of serum CK, CK BB, LDH and AST in normothermic ischemia group were significantly increased as compared with sham operated group ( P <0 05 or P <0 01), except the activity of AST at 20 min ischemia group ( P >0 05). During cerebral ischemia, the activity of CK, CK BB, LDH and AST under mild hypothermia were significantly decreased as compared with normothermia ( P <0 01). Conclusion Mild hypothermia could suppress and decrease the activity of cytosolic enzyme during cerebral ischemia and had stabilizing function to protect cell membrane.
