摘要
在非开挖水平定向钻进过程中,泵量与钻进速度是2个关键施工参数,泵量与钻速匹配与否将直接影响钻进成孔质量和施工进度,而国内外对这方面的研究较少,没有形成成熟的理论体系,现场施工大多靠经验来估算取值。运用数学解析方法,并考虑钻屑含量的影响,建立泵量与钻速相匹配的计算模型,再结合现场实测数据进行验证。实践表明该模型比较符合实际,对现场施工有一定的指导意义。
Pump displacement and drilling speed are 2 pivotal parameters in HDD.The matching state of pump displacement and drilling speed will affect the borehole quality and the construction progress,but there is no mature academic system to obtain them,for little research has been done in China,these parameters usually are estimated with experience in construction.In this article,mathematical analysis method is used with the consideration on the influence of drilled cuttings amount,calculating model of optimization of pump displacement and drilling speed is established combining with testing data for verification.It is proved by practice that this model is according with field construction.
