食品科学与工程专业建设需不断改革和创新。通过中美大学食品专业设置与课程安排的对比可得到启示:美国公共课程设计更人性化,选择空间大;专业课程分类细致;美国大学选修课所占比例更高;更注重课后实践。
The construction of food science and engineering speciality should be continuously reformed and innovated.Through the contrast of programme set-up and curriculum arragement of food speciality in American and Chinese universities,some enlightenment could be obtained as follows: the designing of American public curriculum was more human-based,with more choice and the classification of specialized courses was more meticulous.American universities had higher proportion of elective courses and paid more attention to practice.
